Returns

Chameleon stands behind our products. If there is ANYTHING wrong with them, we will fix it!

  • Sorry, there are no returns on decorated items, with the exception of defective merchandise or if there was an error with your embroidery or screen printing.
  • Most return inquires are due to ordering items in the wrong size. Our size chart is for reference only.
  • Defective items will be replaced with the same style, size, and color as the original order.
  • Decorated items will be replaced with the same style, size, and color as the original order.
  • Items damaged by neglect or misuse are not returnable, so that includes holes, cuts, tears, paint stains, use of bleach -- well, you get the idea.
  • Phone or in-person orders require your signed approval of your chosen artwork.
  • Web orders are considered automatically approved upon purchase since the customer chooses the garment and artwork.
  • Please ask any questions prior to final approval!

  1. Returns must be authorized by Chameleon.
  2. Claims without an RA number or over 15 days from receipt will be refused.
  3. A shipping label will be sent to you for package return.
  4. Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed.
